MVP League is our flagship ultimate frisbee league in Toronto — built around four things that set it apart from any pickup or drop-in:

Drafted Teams: Captains build their rosters each season. New teammates, new chemistry, every time.

Mid-Season Trades: Captains can trade players before playoffs — shake up the standings, build the roster you need to win.

Tracked Stats: Every goal, assist, and defensive play is recorded. Your performance follows you all season long.

Earned Awards: At season's end, data picks the winners — MVP, Top Scorer, Assist Leader, Defensive Leader. Real recognition, real rewards.

Game Length: 55 minutes per game

Format: 6v6 Mixed Gender · Speedpoint
Gender Ratio: 4:2 on the field

Our league runs on a custom-designed Dynamic Ladder System - built to create more competitive, balanced, and exciting games throughout the entire season.

Unlike traditional fixed schedules, teams are constantly re-ranked based on weekly performance. Stronger teams naturally rise to face stronger opponents, while developing teams compete against opponents closer to their level.

The goal is simple:
